Without an on-off switch it's unusable. The only way to turn it on or off is to go to the trouble of getting a screwdriver to put the batteries in or take them out. Ridiculous. I don't think it would have been THAT hard to put an on/off switch adjacent to the battery compartment where no one would see it. Additionally you have to look very closely to even see that it's breathing.

Even though it looks soft from a distance, the fur is course and the construction is rigid, so it feels like a furry plastic box.

I FEEL IF IF IT MADE A SNOREING SOUND, MY COMPANY WOULD NOTICE IT WHEN THEY COME INTO MY HOUSE. WHEN I FIRST SAW IT ADVERTISED IT SAID IT SNORED, AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN IT DID NOT DO THAT. IT CAN HAVE A ON & OOF SWICTH AND MAYBE A VOLUME CONTROL.

I bought this little guy for my son and he's a cutie my son isn't into playing with the puppy but he does like having him around. We recently lost our beloved pet and the perfect petzzz are very helpful they give a lot of comfort to my kids. BTW I think the border collie is so much cuter I got that one for my daughter and I want one too LOL

Wife purchased puppy for me. I will not allow dogs in our home or in my yard. I believe there is a special place for dog pets and my home is not one of them. She was so proud of herself in fooling me with this cute sleeping puppy. We laughed for hours over this "got-cha".

Reagan has been our faithful companion for three years. He is our "camping dog" (other campers have noisy dogs). His weakness is that he stopped breathing and cannot be repaired (his crank broke). Perfect Petzzz offered to replace him after being in for repair twice, But we decided to keep him as he is our "original" dog and has been with us to several national parks and many state parks. We are currently deciding whether to adopt a companion for him, but have not decided to get a puppy or a kitty.

We love our little puppy and have put a small green collar on his neck to make him look a even MORE realistic. He's in his own pet bed and we get great enjoyment when the unsuspecting come into our house and see our sleeping "puppy". They have to look twice (or three times) to make sure he's not a live puppy since he breaths!

I love him and especially since I got him from my sweetie...so, I was heartbroken when then wires disconnected at the last battery change. He's still adorable (both my puppy and my sweetie), just doesn't breathe anymore (the puppy...my sweetie is still breathing!!!) & that was such a comfort.

it needs a 9volt it will be netter and it will run better lasts longer and easyer to put the battery in the 2 d size batteries are ok but the wires broke and then it did not work please improve the internal parts to use a 9 volt battery
